PURPOSE: A gel contained electrolyte, preparation method thereof, electrochemical cell, preparation method thereof, double lipids molecular membrane and preparation method thereof is provided to be handled like solid with maintaining the nature of liquid by using gel which fluid nature of liquid is changed into solid. CONSTITUTION: The gel contained electrolyte comprises: a volume of solvent; a volume of electrolyte soluble in the solvent; and a wt% of gel.
