PURPOSE: A ventilating device for a cushion is provided to ventilate a prostate area through a ventilating aperture for preventing disease caused by sweating from lack of ventilation on the prostate and an anus. CONSTITUTION: A ventilating device for a cushion body(1) comprises:a bottom plate(2), a top plate(3), and a corner plate(4) combined together; several projected tubes(2') formed on the surface of the bottom plate; projected rods(3') formed on the lower surface of the top plate and being possible to be stored in aperture chambers(6') of buffering tubes(6); open parts(4'), (4'') formed on the front and the rear of the body; and a venting part(9') of a fan(9) inserted into the open part of the rear of the body.
