PURPOSE: A cylinder rod having a flow-changing sensor is provided to equally grind a roller and to exactly manufacture the industrial machines by exactly controlling the flow variation of the cylinder rod to a minute range. CONSTITUTION: The cylinder rod having a flow-changing sensor comprises:plural recessed-groove units having a certain width in a rod(16); a magnetic substance(17a) provided with a certain thickness in the recessed-groove units; a flow-changing sensor(17) having a magnetic film(17a) with a certain thickness on the top surface of the magnetic substance(17a); a coil(18) for delivering an alternating current signal in a specific space of a cylinder(13); and the cylinder rod having a flow-changing sensor for exactly controlling the on-off transition of the rod(16) by detecting the phase wave through the interaction between the coil(18) and the flow-changing sensor(17).
