PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus is provided to increase a lighting efficiency and a lighting uniformity and to save electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus comprises: a surface of a reflecting plate containing successive ridges and valleys forming an irregular shape with a certain span for satisfying a specific mathematical function; a high molecule film with evaporated aluminum attached on the surface of the reflecting plate; and a successive interfering pattern formed on a diffusing plate with an irregular shape making a symmetry against the surface of the film.
