PURPOSE: An optical pick-up apparatus having a dual focus exclusive multi curvature lense is provided to simplify a manufacture of the dual focus exclusive multi curvature lense and to reduce an affection of aberration. CONSTITUTION: The optical pick-up apparatus having the dual focus exclusive multi curvature lense comprises a first hologram element(10) disposed at a lower portion of an optical disk(50, 60), a second hologram element(20), a wave selection-type coating mirror(30), multi curvature lense(40) disposed at an upper portion of the wave selection-type coating mirror(30) and including a short wave formed at a center portion and a circular portion and a long wave formed between short waves to get a different curvature. A first laser light is irradiated and to be reflected from the optical disk to the first hologram element(10). A optical line of the second hologram element(20) is disposed to be perpendicular to the first laser lights of the first hologram and a second laser light is irradiated to be reflected from the optical disk(50) to the second hologram element(20). The wave selection-type coating mirror(30) is disposed to be inclined on the light line, thus the first laser light is fully projected and the second laser light is fully reflected.
