PURPOSE: A control system is provided to regularly keep a level of a melting vessel inside a mold and a casting speed by controlling a casting speed by exactly measuring a transferred speed of a casting piece. CONSTITUTION: The control system of a casting speed comprises:a speed measuring unit(100) to be able to measure a transferred speed of a casting piece(26) without contacting; a vibration measuring unit(200) to measure a vibration of a mold(22); a pure speed operating unit(300) to remove a changing element by a vibration of the mold(22) measured by the vibration measuring unit(200); a pinch roll controlling unit to control a rotating speed of a pinch roll(24); a computer(28) for a control.
