PURPOSE: A source voltage generation device is provided to raise the voltage to the normal level quickly when the standard voltage is lower than the normal level. CONSTITUTION: The source voltage generation device comprises; a standard voltage detector(341) to detect the voltage level of the standard voltage(Vref) inputted from the outside source and to activate an output signal; a DC voltage level oscillator(351) to generate a lock signal when the output of the standard voltage detector(341) is activated; a DC voltage generator to generate a source voltage.
