PURPOSE: A device for recognizing a serial number of a nuclear fuel cluster is provided to adjust a camera length and a light angle, to adjust a direction of the camera and the light according to an examining purpose, and to settle a distance between a subject and the camera. CONSTITUTION: A device for recognizing a serial number of an after use pressurized heavy water reactor typed nuclear fuel cluster comprises: a front face perpendicular supporting plate(1); a side surface roller(4) stuck to a rear face perpendicular supporting plate(2); an upper end roller(12) stuck to an upper end supporting plate(3); a tube rotary plate fixing stand(6); a tube rotary plate(7); a tube holder(8); a tube rotating guide(9); and a supporting unit installed in an assembled state on a safe rail installed around a power plant storing tank.
