AIR CONDITIONER COOLANT FILL AMOUNT INDICATION METHOD

PURPOSE: An air conditioner coolant fill amount indication method is provided to extend the life span of a compressor and an air conditioner by controlling the driving time according to the coolant amount. CONSTITUTION: The air conditioner coolant fill indication method comprises the steps of:detecting the air temperature that flows through a first temperature detecting sensor(40) of a charging opening(12)'s side and a second temperature detecting sensor(50) of a inhaling opening(11)'s side; indicating that the coolant amount is normal on a display unit(70) if the temperature difference detected between the first temperature detecting sensor and the second temperature detecting sensor is higher than the standard temperature; and indicating the coolant amount lacks on the display unit if the temperature difference detected between the first temperature detecting sensor and the second temperature detecting sensor is lower than the standard temperature.
