PURPOSE: A food drying method and a device are provided to prevent the generating of foul, waste water or polluted materials, to prevent the environment pollution. CONSTITUTION: A food drying method comprises the steps of: supplying the materials to be manufactured, generating vacuum not to generate foul, waste water or polluted materials; generating the heat-source keeping the vacuous state generated; drying at room temperature by rotating the materials; liquidizing the gas generated while drying.
