PRINTER FOR RECEIPT ONLY HAVING VOICE OUTPUT FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A printer for receipt only and having a voice output function is provided to make easy the money giving and receiving and checking up the amount of money even for the customers having difficulty in receipt reading by outputting the purchasing price of a customer by voice. CONSTITUTION: The printer is composed of:a printing data receiving unit(20); a ram(30); a printer part(50) to print the printing data onto paper and to issuing by a receipt or an inspection paper; a central control unit(10) to output the control signals to drive each parts of the printer and cancel the driving; a printing control unit(60) to control the approaching interval of the control signals transmitted from the central control unit to the printer part; a printer signal recognition unit(70) to transmit the operation state notice signal of the printer part to the central control unit regularly; a voice IC(40) to convert the digital signals appointed by the central control unit to the analog voice signals and then output; and a speaker(42) to amplify the analog voice signals output form the voice IC to appropriate sound volume and then reproduce.
