PURPOSE: A door locking device having a simple structure and easy to install is provided. CONSTITUTION: A door locking device comprises:a back set having a dead bolt(340) for locking a door and a latch bolt(330) for opening and closing the door; a latch bolt operating unit for operating the latch bolt of the back set; a dead bolt operating unit installed on the same shaft as the latch bolt operating unit for operating the dead bolt of the back set; and a handle installed connecting to the latch bolt operating unit and the dead bolt operating unit for operating the latch bolt and the dead bolt and for rotating freely by a force over a certain limit from outside.
