PURPOSE: Apparatus for conveying/assembling a grid electrode of an electron gun of CRT used to every monitor is provided to enhance a productivity and quality by using a minimized number of people. CONSTITUTION: A column(1) is fixed to the ground of a working place together with a cylinder(2) having a position determination pin(3) in order to stop a first grid electrode(G1) at a predetermined position. A horizontal driving part(10) is included to an upper part of the column(1), and horizontally moves the first grid electrode(G1) to a jig. A vertical driving part(20) is connected to the horizontal driving part(10), is horizontally moved, and vertically moves the first grid electrode(G1). A grip(30) is mounted to a lower part of the vertical driving part(20), clamps the first grid electrode(G1) with a clamper(32), and is rotated by 360degree by a rotation cylinder(31) simultaneously with moving the first grid electrode(G1) clamped.
