PURPOSE: An apparatus for originating automatically a reserved call in a terminal equipment and a method thereof is provided to add a reserved function to a CDMA terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for originating automatically a reserved call in a terminal equipment and a method thereof comprises: a storage unit(10); a processor(20); a LCD(30); and a key-pad(40). The storage unit stores a name and a telephone number of a caller, a program for executing the stored information, and a data for operating the program. The processor(20) controls the program and the data stored in the storage unit, a LCD, and a key-pad. The LCD(30) displays an operation state of the program. The key-pad(40) receives the name, the telephone number, and the reserved time.
