PURPOSE: An optical disk replaying system is provided to easily develop even if a Moving Picture Experts Group(MPEG) data treating technique is inferior. CONSTITUTION: An optical disk replaying system comprises: an optical disk loading board(130) containing an optical pick-up unit(110), a Radio Frequency(RF) amplifying unit(112), a data treating unit(116), a servomechanism(114), a first microprocessor(118), a key inputting unit(112), a displaying unit(120), a data interface(140), and an order interface(142); and an MPEG board(150) containing an MPEG decoder(152), a video encoder(154), a second microprocessor(156), and an audio Digital to Analog Converter(DAC)(158).
