PURPOSE: A safety device for a noodle-making machine is provided to prevent the wound of a user occurred in the process of pushing the kneading in a pressing roller. CONSTITUTION: A safety device for a noodle-making machine comprises:a bracket(34) established to move upward and downward; a compressing rod(36) for pushing the kneading in a pressing roller; a spring(38) having one end that is located in the bracket(34) to automatically elevate if a user forces to descend the bracket(34) and then takes hands off and the other end that is fixed in a housing(10).
