PURPOSE: An audio web browser system using a simultaneous voice anchor is provided to use an internet with a normal phone and improve a hypertext function. CONSTITUTION: The audio web browser system converts contents of an accessed web document into voice, replaying the result meeting requirement of a user. In a step of converting the web document into the voice, one and more voice anchors indicating that a hypertext function is supplied to a region having the hypertext function or displaying information of a region linked with a responding hypertext region are simultaneously provided together with voiced contents of the region having the hypertext function. Therefore, a user can successively hear the voiced web document and simultaneously select a predetermined anchor by a voice or a phone button, moving the predetermined anchor to a web space linked with a responding anchor. It is thus possible to improve a hypertext function of an audio web browser system.
