PURPOSE: A nail clipper is provided to prevent the arsenic acid of the clipped fingernails and toenails and to be easily changed and collected. CONSTITUTION: A nail clipper comprises:a body(4) formed by a spot welding of the back part of an upper board(4a) and a lower board(4b); a lever(2) having a rotary support shaft(17) installed on the front end and installed by a rotary material; a pile(3) installed by a rotary material on the back part of the body; and a stopper(5) formed to be curved vertically to the lower board.
