PURPOSE: A position detecting and ordering system is provided to indicate the position of a mobile telephone on an electronic map by detecting at a control center and to command a character notice through a computer. CONSTITUTION: The position detecting and ordering system comprises: a mobile telephone(1) inputting a cell information automatic transmission menu to an outer device through a liquid display or a communication wire in order to transmit a cell number and a channel situation data that is watched by the formation of a speaking way, to the settled part; and an automatic transmission menu having a sending number input device, a peculiar code input device and a transmission period setting device.
