SYNTHESIZED RESIN AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A synthesized resin and production method thereof are provided to increase the strength and the disruptive strength, to improve the offset printing, enhancing writing ability of a water-ink etc. and its appearance. CONSTITUTION: A synthesized resin comprises the steps of: mixing an average diameter of 0.05-100 micrometer of an inorganic filler, 5-40 wt%; extruding a base layer made from a resin of olefin class(1) containing of softening point at 120-155°C at a 1st extruder; mixing 8-65 wt% of an inorganic filler saw-cut at 5 micrometer whose average of 0.05-3 micrometer; extruding a ground layer made of a resin of olefin class(2) containing a lower melting point more than 10°C at a 2nd extruder; co-extruding by T dice for cooling-sheet; 2-pivoted drawing at a higher range of temperature than the softening point to produce a synthetic resin.
