PURPOSE: A CRT's electron gun assembling device simultaneously measures an interval among three apertures formed on a grid electrode, achieves an automatic welding process of a cathode electrode, minutely maintains a distance among a cathode electrode, first grid electrode and second grid electrode by using air sensor, and simultaneously welds each cathode electrode to three apertures. CONSTITUTION: In a CRT's electron gun assembling process, a provider(1) provides an electron gun body(100) having a plurality of grid electrodes(G1,G2,G3,G4,G5,G6) to a measuring/welding line. A distance measuring part(3) measures a distance between the first and second grid electrodes(G1,G2) of electron gun and a distance between the first and sixth grid electrodes(G1,G6) at the same time at the three apertures, and transmits the distances to a main operator. A measuring/welding part(5) inserts cathode electrodes(101,102,103) to electron gun body(100), measures a distance between the first electrode(G1) and the cathode electrodes(101,102,103) by using air sensor, and compensates the measured value, welds a cathode electrode. A withdrawer(7) withdraws the electron gun body(100) on which cathode electrodes are welded.
