PURPOSE: A control method for automobile parking is provided to stop and park only a car of one's own in division line drawn for being in force of certificate proof system of garage area, to easily control the stoppage and parking area without separate expenses. CONSTITUTION: A control method of stoppage, parking for car comprises the steps of: equipping a worm gear(4) at a worm(3) rotating, directly connected to a shaft(2) of a motor(1); installing a lead screw(5) to rotate with the worm gear(4) in the direction of a center shaft line of the worm gear(4); combining a female nut(7) fixed and equipped at inside of the lower end of a elevating rod(6) in the lead screw(5), and then only the elevating rod(6) is projected above the ground(9) if the device is laid under the ground(9) and operated the motor(1) with a remote control roller.
