FLOW CONTROL ACTUATOR FOR CONTROLLING AIR AMOUNT SUPPLIED TO CAR IN NO-LOAD OPERATION

PURPOSE: A flow control actuator is provided to eliminate carbon and foreign materials by installing a mending cap when they are introduced and fixed in a housing, to possibly exchange or repair a specific component, to reduce air leakage and fuel consumption, and to supply the minimum air necessary for driving. CONSTITUTION: The flow control actuator comprises:an actuator piece(4) inserting its side into a magnet(45) to fix itself with a stopper(46); plural penetrating slots(42) penetrated, crossing at a right angle with a rotary shaft(41) revolving by the magnetic force of a drive unit(2); a body(43a) formed with a streamline the same as a curvature rate inside of a housing in a penetrating slot(42), for opening and closing a supplying channel(35); a valve(43) having a leg member(43b) with a wide top and narrow bottom shape integrally formed; and shaft-supporting members(44, 44a).
