PURPOSE: A system for automatically changing the receiving place of postal articles is provided to automatically perform a change of address for receiving postal articles of a service subscriber. CONSTITUTION: Automatic change system(10) is connected to a service subscriber and service company through a predetermined communication network. The system includes a database and a driving program part. The database includes a subscriber information storing part, a service company information storing part, and a service information storing part. The driving program part performs a communication function between a service subscriber and a service company, updates the database on the basis of an input information of the service subscriber, and informs the service company of a difference between the subscriber's input information and the information stored in the database.
