PURPOSE: A length changing device for a bicycle pedal arm is provided to transmit the maximum power with small power to a back wheel by making the length naturally variable with the pedal arm rotating in a 360-degree arc on a circle driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: The length changing device for a bicycle pedal arm comprises the steps of:installing two fixed shafts (7) outside of the supporter(6); connecting a cloud bearing covered by an urethane rubber(8a) on the outside surface thereto; fixing an anti-secession key(7a) at the end of the fixing shaft(7) to prevent secession; connecting an endless chain(40) to the outside of the motive sprocket(4) on one side and fixing a pedal arm leading member(10) having the same structure as the edge of the circle driving shaft(1) on the other side.
