DEFECTIVE SEWING DETECTION METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A defective sewing detection method and the apparatus are provided to increase working efficiency by deciding accurately if a sewing is defective. CONSTITUTION: The inferior sewing detection method and the apparatus comprise the steps of: photographing a sewing processed packing paper; forming a stop image by capturing the photographed image; deciding a threshold value that divides a paper and thread from each pixel making the stop image; binarizing the image according to the threshold value and each pixel value; and detecting the corresponding value to the thread from the binarized image and deciding if the sewing of the package paper is inferior by deciding the thread's length according to the sequently detected numbers.
