PURPOSE: A vacuum insulating panel is provided to have the appropriate density and the adiabatic property by applying a press compressing method at producing the vacuum adiabatic panel. CONSTITUTION: The production method contains: a foaming step to form a foaming material by foaming a polyurethane in a mold forming an appearance; a gas absorbent inserting step to insert the gas absorbent in the foaming material passed the foaming step; a vacuum film wrapping step to shield the foaming material by a high vacuum film; a compressing step to compress the foaming material to be 0.05 ¯ 0.09mm of the thickness of the foam by compressing a press between the foaming step and the gas absorbent inserting step; and the vacuum film wrapping step to wrap the high vacuum film by vacuum-ventilating to be 0.02 ¯ 0.1 mbar of the inner pressure.
