PURPOSE: A topical absorbent is provided to conveniently and continuously transmit a tacrin and a derivative into the body through a skin at a regular skin permeating speed. CONSTITUTION: The topical absorbent has: a matrix layer(12) containing an acrylic adherer; a rear layer(11) for preventing an activating element moving to the opposite part of the skin, existed in the most outer layer on the opposite face of the skin; a specially shaped stratum for protecting the matrix layer and peeling off it before attaching to the skin.
