PURPOSE: A manufacturing method is provided which forms pores in a construction material (brick, tile) to obtain heat insulation and sound insulation, and lighten the weight of the construction material. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized by mixing an air entrainment which disappears or lessens by heat and a raw material such as kaolin or cement which dose not shrink and shows strength, followed by formed pores instead of the air entrainment by heating. The strength and thermal conductivity of the construction material can be controlled with the amount of the air entrainment.
