PURPOSE: A massage instrument is provided to simply massage a foot or an anus and to get a medical cure effect of an electronic needle by containing a low frequency generating device. CONSTITUTION: A massage instrument comprises:a rotary shaft(12) for revolving, connected to a motor shaft(11); an eccentric piece(14) for generating a vibration by revolving with the rotary shaft; a fixing plate(16) for revolving by a bearing(14); and an eccentric piece(17) for promoting the vibration generated by the eccentric piece.
