PURPOSE: An auto-spanner is provided to tighten and loosen a nut combined to the middle part of a pipe body or a bolt. CONSTITUTION: An auto-spanner comprises:a combining block(20) combined with a pipe, a nut(18) combined with a bolt shaft(16), or a bolt; a holder part(22) combined for enabling the combining block to revolve, stick to, and also to be removed therefrom; a latch(24) installed in the holder part for controlling the combining block to revolve toward only one direction; a handle(26) extended from one side of the holder part.
