PURPOSE: A data communicating system using a dual-tone multi-frequency(DTMF) is provided to operate a data communication using a DTMF signal for reducing cost and improving a transferring quality. CONSTITUTION: A data communicating system using a DTMF comprises: a data transferring instrument(102) transferring bit data from the external; a DTMF signal generating instrument generating the DTMF signal of digit data corresponding to the bit data of the data transferring instrument for transferring the DTMF signal; and a DTMF signal detecting instrument detecting the DTMF signal of the digit data from the DTMF signal generating instrument for transferring the corresponding bit data.
