PURPOSE: A television which has a small amount of danger to lose, an easy system structure and a function of observing a condition of a baby by using PIP is provided to quickly observe the condition of a baby. CONSTITUTION: The television capable of observing a condition of a baby comprises: a signal input device for inputting the signal output from a camcorder(900); an integration device for integrating a voice signal output from the signal input device; a control device for transmitting a control signal based on the DC level of the integrated voice signal; a switching device for switching-processing a picture signal out put from a tuning device of a television; a signal processing device for PIP signal- processing the picture signal output from the switching device.
