PURPOSE: A noise preventing device is provided to prevent the errors from generating by the noise and to stabilize the operation of a system by distinctively processing the noise pulse and the general pulse. CONSTITUTION: The noise preventing device comprises: a UART(100) for sending and receiving the electric data signal by accepting the data signal; an encoder and decoder(ENDEC)(200) consisting of an encoder part(210) for outputting the infrared ray signal by encoding the electric signal, and a decoder part(220) for outputting the electric signal by decoding the infrared ray signal; and an infrared ray sending-and-receiving unit(300) for sending and receiving the infrared rays.
