PURPOSE: A car locking device is provided to lead a driver to pay taxes by effectively controlling driving of a car that unpays various taxes related to a car. CONSTITUTION: The car locking device comprises:a supporting member(10) formed in three directions towards the center of a locking device body(2); a fixing member(4) fixed in the supporting member(10) with pins, fixed in a tire by operating to a certain angle; a projection(12) inserted inside of a fixing pipe(8); and a stopper(16) for easily disjointing the supporting member(10). |
