INKJET PRINTER HEAD AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An inkjet printer head and a production method thereof are provided to prevent the tearing phenomenon of a membrane board by simultaneously forming with a nozzle plate unit onto one substrate, and to promote the simplicity of a progress. CONSTITUTION: The inkjet printer head comprises:a substrate formed with an insulating layer(102); a heating layer(104) formed onto the insulating layer(102); an electrode formed on the heating layer(104) so the surface of the heating layer as to be exposed in a certain part; a heating chamber barrier formed on the electrode; a heating chamber equipped in a space between the electrode(16a) and the heating chamber barrier(22) to be in contact with the exposed heating layer, and filled with a working liquid; a first stretching board(170) filled inside a recessed groove unit of a tetrahedron structure having a convergent shape in the upper side of the both heating chamber(22) edges; and a second stretching board filled inside of the recessed groove unit of the first stretching board.
