ANNEALING METHOD OF AN ANODE FOIL FOR ALUMINUM CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: An annealing method of an anode foil is provided to improve properties of an aluminum capacitor by removing H2O components of Boehmite structure generated during the annealing. CONSTITUTION: In a fabrication method of aluminum capacitor including an etching step and a forming step, before the forming step, the annealing method further comprises the steps of: passing the etched aluminum foil(50) to a heater(62) of high temperature located in a furnace(60); and dipping the annealed aluminum foil(50) to a phosphoric acid bath(70) stored in phosphoric acid water solution, thereby decreasing the leakage current of the aluminum capacitor and removing the H2O components in a dielectric(Al2O3).
