PURPOSE: A disk driving apparatus is provided to secure a reliability by minimizing vibration, rocking and noise of a disk. CONSTITUTION: The disk driving apparatus comprises: a tray(12) holding a disk; a unit(16) for equalizing in the tray a pressure by a rotation of the disk(12), wherein the unit(16) is disposed at an opposite place to the tray, with the disk(12) interposed therebetween.
