PURPOSE: An automatic ripening and a storing container of Kimchi is provided to ripen or store Kimchi by automatically controlling the inner temperature in a ripening room and a storage room with thermo element to suit the tastes of consumers. CONSTITUTION: An automatic ripening and a storage container of Kimchi comprises: a case filled with an adiabatic material(19) to minimize the heat loss; a storage container(11)(12) installed in the space separated by a separating film(34); opening and closing doors(13)(14) having knobs(15)(16) to prevent the air inflow from outside to the storage container; an upper part ripening room(100) for fermenting Kimchi for a designated time at the selected temperature.
