PURPOSE: A brush rotation controller of a vacuum cleaner is provided to selectively deliver the drive power of a motor shaft by manipulating a pedal. CONSTITUTION: A brush rotation controller of a vacuum cleaner comprises:a belt(20) to deliver the drive power of a drive motor(10) to a brush(30); a first and second links(51,52) connected with each idling pulley(61,62) by each end; a third link(53) connected with the two links(51,52) by one end and having a pedal(70) on the other end; and an installation board(40) having three guide grooves(41,42,43) formed to transmit the first, second and third links.
