PURPOSE: A tape carrier package is provided to prevent residues of a anisotropic conductive film from leaking out and polluting a liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a main body with a drive integrated circuit and an align window covered with a transparent glass panel, preventing a leakage of the anisotropic conductive film located under the panel.
