PURPOSE: A compound molding panel is provided to increase the frequency of repeated usage by preventing the absorption of water in a veneer board and it has a superior releasability, economical efficiency, hardness. CONSTITUTION: A compound molding panel comprises: a frame member having an iron frame; a veneer board(21) established in the upper part of the frame member, attached with a synthesized resin member on the front surface in contact with a concrete; a waterproof member inputted on the surface where the frame of the frame member and the a veneer board member are brought in contact to prevent the percolation of water.
