The high frequency modulator is formed on a single circuit board (11) and is divided into two zones by a screening plate (12). One zone has a booster amplifier (13) and the other zone has the modulator circuit (14a) together with a phase locked loop (PLL) circuit (15). In order that the circuits can be located in a single housing the connections for the booster and the modulator are in one group and the connections for PLL are in another group with good separation between the groups. |
