PURPOSE: A seasoning for cold noodle is provided to stimulate appetite, to offer delicious and flavorous cold noodle. CONSTITUTION: A seasoning for cold noodle comprises: red pepper soy paste 35-45 wt%; sugar 20-30wt%; vinegar 15-20wt%; red pepper powder 10-15wt%; garlic 3-6wt%; breeze 3-6wt%.
