PRESSION INDUCTION HEATING TYPE ANNEALING APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: A process and apparatus for annealing are provided to form an annealing layer without a deformation in an annealing part by setting the center of each cylinder and induction coil precisely and to mass-produce. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a Y table(43) for moving reciprocally in the direction of Y in laying a work block(W), an X table(41) for moving reciprocally in the direction of X between the 1st position for descending the work block and the 4th position for an induction heating coil(23), the 1st standard member(49) for storing on the Y table(43) as an annealing place of the work block(W) becomes a fixed position, the 2nd standard member(51) located on Y table(43) as a standard of a position coordinate of the X,Y table(41,43), a position measuring device(32) mounted on the 2nd position nearly between the 1st position and the 4th position on a basic frame(11), an induction heating coil(23) placed at the 3rd position of the basic frame(11), and a controlling device(100). This is an improved invention of unexamined Japan patent No 95-161416 and No 95-272845.
