PURPOSE: A construction method of a wall body and its structure frame for the construction are provided to easily construct the wall body of a building without breaking a panel into pieces from cured cement mortar, to contribute to the economy and to prevent generation of waste material. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of structure wall body and structure for building wall comprises the steps of: forming an outer panel located outside of the wall body of a building, that plays a role of a mold; attaching a material for water proof and sound proof(32) made from Styrofoam at the rear face of the outer panel(30), a flat plate(31) on the front face; providing many settling grooves(33) on the four-corner-circumference at regular intervals; forming a convexoconcave unit(34) in the center of the four-corner-circumference of the outer panel(30) to unite with the 2nd outer panel; installing a convexoconcave unit(41) to unite a convexoconcave unit(37) of the settling grooves(33) established on the circumference of four corners of the material for water proof and sound proof (32) and the flat plate(31) on the circumference of the cylindrical body; forming extended units(42)(42a) on both sides.
