TOMOGRAPH OF PRINTING CIRCUIT BOARD USING X-RAY AND TOMOGRAPHY

摘要

PURPOSE: A tomography of PCB(printing circuit board) using X-ray is provided to increase the exactness of an examination, and to make the high-speed examination possible. CONSTITUTION: The tomography of PCB comprises:electronic contents soldered on the board of an examined object; a picture of examined area profile of the board of an examined object attained, restored, and analyzed by using X-ray for automatically examining the soldering state of the electronic contents; judged if the defect of the soldering state.
