PURPOSE: A voltage comparator is provided to improve a gain by configuring with one stage structure and to gain a rapid operation speed by supplying a stable bias voltage by itself. CONSTITUTION: The voltage comparator comprises: a part for amplifying a voltage difference between input voltages inputted through CMOS elements connected in parallel to each other; a part for applying a bias voltage of high potential to the part for amplifying, wherein the part for applying is controlled in common by an output signal from one of the CMOS elements; a part for applying a bias voltage of low potential to the part for amplifying by the output signal from the one CMOS element. According to the configuration, the voltage comparator is able to be a speedy operation by providing an output terminal(Vout) with the much amount of current. and is capable of increasing a gain of the voltage comparator with one stage structure.
