PURPOSE: A fermentation typed public toilet is provided to improve promotion of fermentation and to easily use and manage. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation typed public toilet comprises:a rotating tank(5) installed on an inner wall of a toilet tank(1) and containing a spiral screw(14) for promoting fermentation by mixing a ventilating material with excretions; a purifying material(10) installed on a partition(6) of a urine tank(4) for purifying liquid waste; and a submarine motor(8) for transferring urine operating by a buoyant instrument(7) for promoting fermentation of the purified urine.
