PURPOSE: A multi-floor parking stand is provided to save a parking and starting time as the cars on a bottom floor don't need moving for putting out a parked car, to prevent frequent starting and to prevent a car from a steal since the owner is able to keep a key. CONSTITUTION: The multi-floor parking stand comprises the steps of: combining a lift(5) with the end of lifting and falling ropes(4)(4a) by fitting a roller(301) of a working bar(3) in a guiding bar(2) as the guiding bar is installed across in the upper center of a body(1) formed into a square frame, and by installing a rope pulley(3a) in the end of the working bar; connecting a putting rope(601) that is combined with a side link(6), with a beam(701a) by forming a pair of links(6)(6a) on the side face of the working bar; forming a rope pulley(602a) in the front side of the body; installing a garage that is connected with a motor(8a) and a chain by connecting revolving shafts(7a)(7b) to gears(702a)(702b), by connecting the revolving shaft(7b) with the motor(8) and the chain and by forming beams(701)(702) on the revolving shaft.
